About me

I am a qualified Humanistic Integrative therapist, working with individuals, couples and intimate partners. Everyone is welcome, I work with a diverse group of people from a range of ages, genders, sexual identities, races and cultural backgrounds.

I have over 15 years of experience supporting people to explore their personal, professional and emotional lives, initially as a coach and mentor in the Arts Sector, then through suicide prevention support, and now as a therapist. I have offered therapy to clients through the following counselling services: Women and Health, CPPD Low Cost Counselling and CCIWBS, a London based bereavement service.

I’m registered with and working to the professional standards of the BACP I am registered with the BACP, holding an Advanced Diploma in Humanistic Integrative Therapy (BACP accredited course), and a Practitioner’s Certificate in Intimate Partner Therapy (COSRT accredited course). I have an Enhanced DBS.

Thanks to Caitlin, I have experienced profound personal growth and significantly improved my mental health. I know life will still have its challenges, and I understand personal development is a lifelong journey, but I am able to handle it with resilience and a more positive outlook.
